Is a Centre for Technology Innovation created by the Vice-ministry of Education of the Basque Government. Its mission is to make innovation the backbone of Vocational Training in Euskadi, advance in new areas and processes of learning and reduce the ability gap, from when a technology first emerges until society gets some benefit from it.

Through technological vigilance, the design, development, implantation and transference to the centres of Vocational Training and, from them, to the business sector, of products and innovative services in the areas of management, education, technology and e-learning.

Through a dynamism open to collaboration and to alliances with companies, university departments of investigation and technological centres to promote the creation of networks, work in groups and creativity.
