Supported by the European Leonardo da Vinci Program

The MAIATZ SIMULFORM is supported by the Leonardo da Vinci program as a multilateral project of Transfer of Innovation, within the Framework of the European Lifelong Learning Program.

This type of project has as its objective the identification of one (or various) solutions and innovative ideas, previously developed in projects supported by Leonardo de Vinci or other innovative European programs and adapt them, so that they can be implemented in other countries, organizations or destiny sectors. Like this they hope to improve the quality and attractiveness of the European systems of vocational training.

The intention is to develop work groups between various European organizations to contribute to a better understanding of the varied European culture, of its social and economic climate and to understand areas of common interest better.

These transfer processes of contents and innovative results normally include the following activities:

• Identification and analysis of the needs of the target audiences
• Selection and analysis of innovative contents to respond to these needs and the analysis of their transfer -
• Integration (and even certification) of the training systems at a sector, local, regional or European level

This implies:

• Its adaptation to the training systems, culture, necessities and needs of the target publics.
• Its transfer to new linguistic and socio cultural contexts
• Its use in new sectors and with new target publics, in both public and private organizations.
