One of the biggest difficulties of putting into practice a training program such as the MAIATZ SIMULFORM intends is the practical non-existence of information or similar training experiences oriented towards Vocational Training.
Collaboration at a European level makes it possible to have at their disposal a heritage of knowledge and experiences of great value as are the results of the investigations, the documentation elaborated and the training programs developed by the VIF CA project, in which 50 educational and investigative organizations as well as specialized companies from 17 countries participated.
On the other hand, an effective training program in applied simulation technologies, focussed on acquiring abilities, should include the conclusions and knowledge taken from practical experience. Given that until now companies have considered this type of information as part of their know-how and it is not easy to transfer, it will be necessary for the Centres of Vocational Training to have at their disposal large technological and human resources which will let them experiment and make conclusions. Thanks to collaboration at a European level, this need can be met because it includes two of the most famous European centres for investigation specialized in this area, such as are ARMINES AND DIMEG, with a wide experience in tested R+D projects, which carried out these tasks in their personal, specialized laboratories, so that the results are incorporated into the the MAIATZ SIMULFORM training program.
Collaboration at a European level will also permit companies of the sector and their associations from different countries to participate in the project, which will contribute to obtaining a broader spectrum of case studies and settings for the elaboration of case studies, that will start from real assumptions contributed by companies, which will guarantee greater reliability to the results of the actions of the pilot training program.
