Activities Planned

  1. Identification of the abilities necessary for the mechanical manufacturing sector in the subject of technologies of simulation by Finite Elements through cold forming and the definition of these competences. Companies of the sector will participate in this process
  2. Analysis and evaluation of the portability of the results (didactic contents, results of the investigation, methodology, benchmarking tests) of the VIF CA project.
  3. Curriculum Design of the training program, according to the abilities necessary identified.
  4. Development and production of the contents, materials and teaching materials, in digital media.
  5. Elaboration of case studies based on doing Benchmarking tests that will consist of design tests of pieces fabricated using diverse simulation software, starting from real cases provided by companies of the sector. These case studies will be integrated into teaching materials and will be used as part of the training methodology and contents.
  6. Digital production of the teaching materials developed.
  7. Validation of the training program through pilot experiences of giving courses elaborated by students of vocational training in the branch of mechanical manufacturing and workers in companies of the sector and seminars in modules aimed at companies.
  8. Evaluation of the transference and identification of sound methodological practices.
  9. Actions of diffusion, to publicize the project, its advancement and future implementation in other educational centres.
