A New Training Program in Technologies of Numerical Analysis by Finite Elements applied to cold forming

The MAIATZ SIMULFORM has developed a specific training program in Technologies of Numerical Analysis by Finite Elements applied to cold forming processes aimed at Higher Vocational Training in the field of Mechanical Manufacturing.

It is based on the transfer and adaptation of the results of the investigation project VIF CA (Virtual Intelligent Forging), supported by the EU's Framework Program VI (IST-Area NMP-2002).

Once it is finished and has been validated, the resulting course will be incorporated into the programs of vocational training and continues on from the mechanical manufacturing field to the educational centres which participated in the project.
